Privacy

The short version

Most of your training data — your dog's profile, progress, streaks, and lesson reviews — lives on your own device. We only collect personal details (like your email) when you choose to give them to us, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing nikaquant.com@gmail.com.

What Doodle School stores

Dog profile, training progress, streaks, and lesson reviews are stored on your device. If you join the launch access list, your email, dog name, training goal, timestamp, and basic request metadata (such as IP address and the page you submitted from) are stored in Cloudflare KV so Doodle School can follow up and send your access link.

Payments

Web purchases use Stripe-hosted checkout when enabled. Stripe processes your payment details and stores only what is needed to complete and support your one-time $19 lifetime purchase. Doodle School never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

How long we keep your data

On-device data stays until you delete the app or clear it yourself. Launch-list and contact details are kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction, then deleted or anonymized. Purchase and tax records held by us or Stripe may be retained for up to 7 years where required by law. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will, except for the minimum records we are legally required to keep.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make Doodle School work — Cloudflare (hosting and the launch list) and Stripe (payments) — and only as needed to deliver the product. We may also disclose data if required by law.

Your privacy rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR), you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal data — we do not sell or share it. We will never charge you or reduce your access for exercising these rights.

How to request deletion or access

Email nikaquant.com@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and tell us what you want — access, correction, or deletion. We aim to respond within 30 days. To clear on-device data yourself, delete the app or clear its storage in your browser or device settings.

Children

Doodle School is a dog-training product intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact nikaquant.com@gmail.com and we will remove it.

No medical or emergency service

Doodle School teaches reward-based, positive-reinforcement training only — never shock, prong, choke, or fear-based methods. It provides general training education. It is not veterinary, medical, legal, or emergency advice.
